Hello all,

I have a problem with the router Archer c60 v3. I bought it a month ago and I noticed very low speed.

When I play some games online the speed is extremely slow. When I connect the Laptop with Lan cable to the Modem, the problem is solved. The speed is:

Laptop -->Modem - 10-12 ms; Laptop -->Router (via cable or WiFi) - 35-40 ms sometimes even more.

Also downloading Laptop-->Modem is 17 mbps; Laptop-->Router - 9 mbps

The Firmware is up to date.

I tried changing the channels to 1, 6, 11 for 2.4g and 36, 40 for 5g, same thing. Could someone advise how to solve this problem?
