Archer T9UH is a Wireless adapter supports 802.11b/g/n, after driver installation, you should be able to see Wi-Fi symbol on right corner, and you could connect to Wi-Fi by manually put in Wi-Fi password. May I know how did you do WPS? 

To connect Wi-Fi, go to Wi-Fi icon on the right corner- and connect to router's Wi-Fi manually, you could follow Step3 in this FAQ to connect Wi-Fi:

If you need Desktop PC connected to Router by cable rather than Wi-Fi, you will need to buy a Wired Ethernet adapter.
