I just got my hands on this router and it's been working great but I can't help but notice that the interface is looking old compared to other models like the AX20 (AX1800) and AX10 (AX1500). The WPA 3 feature is also missing and the router hasn't received a firmware update since August 2020. Are there any plans for continuing support or is the product abandoned?

@THGROfficial simply forget any further update with this router. No WPA3 / Mesh planned.

I have a ticket pending for more than 2 weeks. TP-Link seems to not care about this product and customers owning this product.

Wow it's such a shame cause I like the router and it's actually been working well for me for these last couple months. I looked it up a little more and there seems to be a lot of controversy on this subject. I have a feeling it has to do with Intel's platform being harder to develop for than broadcom or qualcomm but I'm not sure.

@THGROfficial you're 100% right. Look at Netgear forum and RAX40 model. They share the same issues (similar Intel chipset). Who to blame ? Routers manufacturers or Intel ? But at the end, as customers, we are the ones that spend money for a clearly bad, non future proof product.
