Low upload speed in TL-WN823N USB WIFI adapter

I just bought TP-LINK TL-WN823N USB WIFI adapter. My download speed is above 50Mbps and my upload speed is below 3Mbps. But when I check my connection speed with another pc with WIFI inbuilt one. It has upload speed above 40Mbps. I m using windows 10 pro 20H2 version.
