Model: RE300
Hardware Version: V1
Firmware Version: 1.07 Build 20210129

I have RE300 connected to Asus RT-AX58U. Time to time RE300 created wifi stops working. Only light above the power button is linking on RE300 and after few minutes of blinking it starts working again without me doing anything. Obviously this is a problem during Zoom calls because my laptop connected to re300 looses internet connection

@Kaktus Good day,

Thank you for your feedback.

May I know often does the issue happen? Does the power Led blink every time RE300 lost Internet?
Does this happen every time you begin to use Zoom call? If your wifi device connect to router directly and use Zoom call, is there any problem?

It is recommended to factory reset RE300, and connect RE300 to a Hotspot Wi-Fi or a different Wi-Fi router, and see does the issue continues, we'd like to know if the issue happens when RE work with your router.

At the same time , we'd like to follow your case via email and escalate it, please check our email with forum id ' 261880 ' in your inbox later, many thanks.

@Solla-topee

Hi, thanks for helping me.

It happens about once or twice a day everyime the only light turned is the power one and it is blinking.

I didn't notice any regularly, Zoom was just an example. It has happened  mostly while browsing.

The device is connected directly.

It worked before, it happened after I bought new Asus Router (previous one was also Asus but older model)
