Model: TL-WPA4220 KIT
Hardware Version:
Firmware Version:

I have a WPA4220 kit with the extender in my shed about 150 feet away, this works really well for internet access. However, I have a home CCTV system which connects to my broadband/wi-fi (Sky) and I need all the cameras to connect to the same part of my network wi-fi. Whilst in the house I don't see the TP-Link option in my available wi-fi connections (on my phone for example) so I guess it can't see the TP-Link unit which is plugged into my router, it can only see my main Sky wi-fi network. Is this how it should be or should the main TP-Link unit emit a wi-fi signal? If so then I guess I can just buy another WPA4220 extender which I should then be able to connect to that. Can someone please confirm if this is the right thing to do?
