Hello. My understanding of networking is very limited! I have a Virgin Media WiFi Router (Hub 3) and understood that I could extend its range and speed up parts of the house where the existing signal is poor with TP-link range extenders. I've managed to pair the two extenders, but at the moment, they are showing up as separate WiFi networks. I don't want to clone my Virgin Media SSID and password using the WPS button, as this will delete my secure SSID and password, reinstating the Virgin Media 'default'. I've downloaded the TP-Link Utility, but don't understand how it works. When clicking on one of the range extenders to see if I could change it's SSID, etc., to match the Virgin Media details, all that appears is a box asking me to create a Login Password. Should I be entering my Virgin Media password here? (Sorry to be a 'bear of little brain'!
