TL-WR844N QOS Not working
Today I Bought TL-WR844N for QOS purposes but QOS function didn't work. For example, I have 100Mbps from ISP via Fiber Modem and I bought TL-WR844N for QOS speed limit like 10Mbps for TP Link Router Wifi Connected Devices only but the QOS did not work, TL-WR844N is on Router Mode. let me know if I'm wrong somewhere.

QoS is not meant for a bandwidth control purposes. See your user gude - Chapter 4.6
If you want to have a bandwidth control feature better replace it for a TL-WR841N, which has it:
When click on edit you can see the configured bandwidth control rule:
