Hi Can anybody tell me how I can block incoming traffic on port 80 and 443 in the VR400's firewall?

By default these ports are blocked from external access:

 

 

If you have configured any virtual servers for these ports in NAT forwarding just delete them:

 

 

If you still believe that these ports are forwarded check the UPnP Service list for any records and disable UPnP if needed:
