Hi. Is it possible, or do I need a different model? If not, I have read about the MR 600, and it looks like it has an easy way of doing this. Am I right?

The reason I wish to do this is that I rent out our cabin, and some guests simply empty my download quota. Limiting the amount of data is not straightforward, so making it less attractive by limiting the speed to about 0,5-1 mbps is a solution.
