Im upgrading my currant tplink powerline home network from AV200 base & wifi adaptors to AV600 & corresponding wifi adaptors, can I still use my original non wifi base as a wired connection elsewhere in the home without it dragging down the speed of the whole network?...thanks

They are compatible but it is recommended to upgrade all powerline units to AV600 for the best performance of the new powerline KIT.
