Consistent high ping spikes/packet loss

Archer MR600
Hardware Version: V2
Firmware Version: Firmware Version:1.3.0 0.9.1 v0001.0 Build 210208 Rel.61056n
Hi
I have consistent high ping spikes which makes calling anyone useless, see image:
The system log shows a lot of "resolve succeed for dns.msftncsi.com" buts thats pretty much it
Connected to Vodafone network, 100% signal
I am connected using a T3U plus wifi usb adaptor, when connected using ethernet it seems to be more stable
Anyone have any idea whats going on?
