Keep having this issue where devices will be "Connected without Internet" and it turns out they're in the blocked list.  I don't add these devices to the blocked list of course.  Mostly their mobile devices, mine and my girlfriend's phones, etc.  Occasionally my TV (Samsung Smart TV) will have the same issue. 

I've read similar threads on here explaining that the DoS Protection might be the issue, and to turn it off, though I'm not sure that applies here.  I haven't tried it yet, as I'm not home.
