Hisense Roku TV unable to use ITV hub
Hi
I cannot get my new Hisense Roku smart TV to watch content on ITV hub or All4. Searching forums appears to lay the problem at having a 5MGHz wifi rather than 2.4.
The question is, what band is my Deco M5 putting out and if so, how can I change it to 2.4?
Has any one else had this problem and know what the solution is??

You can check what bands Deco M5 broadcasts in Deco app, under Wi-Fi Settings. If you suspect the issue is because Roku smart TV needs to connect to 2.4GHz specifically, to test that enable Guest Network, configure it with password, set it to broadcast on 2.4GHz only and connect your Roku smart TV to Guest Network SSID.
