Router 840 does not issue ip from next subnet. I prescribed the mask 255.255.248.0

 But the hosts receive ip only on the 192.168.0 network.

 I indicated the range of issue 192.168.0.2-192.168.7.254

@Ilya-lc

If you're talking about the router DHCP server, it will start to serve IP addresses from 192.168.0.2. The 192.168.0.1 /21 network has 2046 usable hosts.

Given that fact I don't think you'll be able to connect so many hosts to the router to see a different than 192.168.0.X host IP address.
