Speedtest Archer MR600

Hi guys,
When I perform an LTE speedtest via the web interface of the Archer MR600 device, it shows (Down/Up in Mbps) 5-10/30.
When I do the same test on my mobile phone connected to the Archer with the mobile's LTE turned off it shows 30-50/30.
How can this happen?
The history of the Archer shows one test with 60-80/40 from july.
