Media Server not showing or playing files

Firmware Version : 3.13.26 Build 130129 Rel.59449n
ISP :
1. On my laptop in windows vista media player I cant see any shared media of media server TP-WDR3600:
2. My samsung tv shows all three shared folders of media server. When I try to play any Mp3 and avi files it says unsuported file format. In folder with jpg photos it shows nothing.
I can see and play anything from my laptop media server on TV.
Is there any solution for this?
