TP Link compatibility with other powerline devices

Hi there,
I've just purchased a 3-port 200M PLC powerline device. I'm currently running a few TP-Link connections round the house with no bother, but this one doesn't seem to connect to it. Is there anything I can do to connect it? I would have bought an TP-Link, but I could not find a 3-port product in the range.
BTW, I'm using 200Mbps TP-Link plugs. Working beautifully (apart from this issue!)
