I am using TP-link MA180 (3.75G HSUPA USB Adapter).

My connection always loss connection or disconnected automatically when connect to the internet. I already try using my simcard with another broadband,, my connection godly okay and never disconnected...

As the previous post ;

but its still not working and same problem..

How to fix fix this problem?Thank you...

Try different computers. If the same result, contact the TP to do some test....

who is the ISP?
tips:
1. try the utility from TP-LINK website, click here for the link http://www.tp-link.com/en/support/download/?model=MA180&version=V1#tbl_b
2. if the problem persist, try to load the log from your computer with the below path:
Here is the path : C:\Program Files\TP-LINK\TP-LINK 3G Client\
send the log to TP-LINK Support for further help.

Yes. I also having the same problem. Its really annoying. I have tried on Windows XP SP3 and Win 7 starter. Plus if connected to internet, the connection is also slow. Please advise

Hello,

I have the same issue. The devoice disconnect after 5 minutes of Internet. I am travelling so I was able to see the same problem with 3 different SIM Cards and with 2 different computers (Win7 64 + WinXP).

I have no answer from the client service so far, I'm disappointed and thinking about returning the device.
