i bougth tp link mr3040 router and im using zte 2738 reliance net connect plus. Im not able to connect to internet. the modem gets identified and in the next few seconds the status goes identifying.. this continues... before buying the router i checked with support team regarding compatibility of the modem, they said that router supports zte2738 modem, but not im not able to connect to internet. any solution??? if yes pls update me.

i just contacted tp link support team they said that version 2 has compatibility issues also version 2 is not released in india, and the testing process is going on for the same and it would take weeks to resolve the issue, they are not able to give the exact time frame. they are asking me to get it replaced with a version 1 router . now i had bought this router through flipkart. when contacted flipkart they say they need a letter from TP-Link stating the same. im very much dissapointed with tplink support, because the version is very much released in india and many are having problems with it, they should have tested thoroughly before releasing the version. completely dissatisfied..!!!!!!!!

Hi Dhivakar,

Do You have the bin file for zte 2738. I've been struggling to make this device to work with my zte 2738 reliance dongle. I'm unable to get a favourable response from TP-Link.

Your help in this regard will be most appreciated.
