Drops connection and ports still closed

Hi,
I'm having issues with my TL-WR1043ND router. When I turn on my PC (Windows 8) and my PlayStation 3 system is already on, the connection from the PS3 is interrupted, even using static IP's. PS3's Wifi led turns off and errors like "Disconnected from the access point" appears. Using Ubuntu the PS3 keeps connected without any problems.
Also, the port forwarding feature was working perfectly, but now it doesn't. Every security feature from my router is disabled, and firewall from my PC is disabled too. I'm sure that those ports are not blocked by my ISP. The only way to open them is using programs that make use of uPnP to open them.
I've reset my router a few times, and latest firmware is installed.
Thanks.
