i want to set up qos for using my voip service thru my td-w8960n

im using a cisco spa112 voip adapter which is plugged into a lan port and i assigned it a static IP address.

i followed the instructions i found on the tplink faq for "traffic control" but that only limits that specific IP address to whatever speeds you tell it to....which is partially correct i think. i used this link: http://www.tp-link.com/ca/article/?faqid=349

but the qos section is disabled so i don't believe i have it setup correctly. under the QOS section of the settings there is allot of non-user friendly settings and terms which make it difficult for the average used to understand.

is there any step by step easy simple instructions for setting up qos on this modem?
