ISP : Tata Photon+


I have setup the TPLink as per instructions, however, internet is not working through my Tata Photon+.
Verified following things, but no luck:
1. Checked the setting to configure APN. Looks like Tata Photon+ comes with default settings.
2. Updated Firm ware and restored the TP Link to factory settings and tried reconfiguring. No use.
3. Not sure on how to check if the PIN/UIM is enabled in Tata Photon or not. looks like it comes by default with disabled mode.

Techsupport hotline is of no use. No one attends the call even after trying for hours.


Please assist with support.

Is your 3G USB dongle listed on the router's compatibility list www.tp-link.com/en/support/3g-comp-list/?model=TL-MR3420&location=1151.
If your modem is shown on the compatible list; however, you can not connect to internet. Then you'd better send the syslog to support@tp-link.com and ask for help from tplink support.
Besides, you can try to troubleshoot on your own referring to www.tp-link.com/en/article/?faqid=400.
