Hi,

I recently purchased deco m4, after setting it up everything works perfectly, sky Q box is connected via WiFi, but I am experiencing the screen freeze since, had the engineers out and a new box fitted the same has happened, could anyone help me. I want to know what the best settings should be to avoid this problem. It has only started to happen since I introduced the decos. I bought the decos because the WiFi in the spare room was hit and miss and this has now solved that issue but now I have the sky Q issue. I don't want to run a cable to the sky q box as it is over the other side of the living room, so any WiFi or settings advice would be great. I'm not really technical so lay mans please
