@JWaddo

You did not give enough information, so I will assume that X20 sitting under PlayStation is Satellite, not Main, Deco. Also, that this Satellite X20 is wirelessly connected to Main Deco.

If these are correct assumptions, there may be different reasons for Playstation issues. Your Satellite Deco X20 may be too far from Main Deco and not getting good WiFi signal from it. To check that, open that Satellite Deco in Deco app and check what is says under Signal Source. Example:

Two blue bars - that is good signal. If you see one blue bar, or Yellow/Red bars - you may wish to move Satellite X20 closer to Main Deco.

Also, if X20 is literally under Playstation, there is such thing as too close. X20 and Playstation in very close proximity from each other could create WiFi interference for each other. Either move X20 at least 4-6 feet from Playstation, or better yet: connect Playstation to X20 by Ethernet cable and configure Playstation use wired Ethernet connection.

@Alexandre. Thank you so much for your answer. I have just set up the deco system and am very new at all this. I have the main deco set up in a office with a satellite one out in the living area and another upstairs, the one under the Playstation is upstairs. I get 3 blue bars from that satellite deco...I will try linking the PS4 to the deco with an ethernet cable and see how that goes.

Thank you again for your help,

Cheers
