AX73 (AX5400) Missing 5Ghz Channels
I've just purchased an AX73 in Australia from a big brand retail store, and they sold me an EU V1 which is ok I thought except it appears it's missing 5Ghz Wi-Fi Channels greater than 128(DFS).
I wondered if it was just the firmware country version, but navigating to the Australian TP-Link support firmware pages gives me US firmware and I can't flash it as it gives me an error when trying.
Will it be available in a firmware update or?
Thanks

Read through this story for the wireless channel allocation in different regions.
Check the AX73 emulator for 5GHz channels list - it's for the US region.

@terziyski Understood but my question is more around the missing channels.
I tried to flash US firmware thinking it would have all the channels.

@terziyski Thanks, that makes sense. What doesn't make sense is why does TP-Link sell EU versions in Australia.
Bands 149-165 are allowed in Australia, and I bought the AX73 from the biggest retail store for tech. in Australia so it would be official TP-Link stock.
I guess none of us really knows and it seems the rest of the forum have similar questions for other routers too

My understanding is that they would be still compliant on a demanding markets outside EU, but selling both types on the stricter regulations EU market.
