Do you get WAN details on the router's status screen? Is the WAN IP address there 0.0.0.0?
If you have WAN details, then go to system tools, diagnostic, and ping 8.8.8.8 there and see if you can ping the internet address.

@shanky999

I am having similar configuration and same type of ISP..

Please note, here, cable LAN ISP binds your MAC address to the PC / Laptop hardware (that is your LAN Card), so you need to clone your Laptops hardware MAC address to the router and then try to connect..

Step 1 - Clone MAC

Make sure your just connect the same laptop in which the internet works to the router via LAN cable. Do not connect anything else and make sure that the laptop is connected to one of the 4 LAN ports you have in the TP-Link router.

Then go the router config page via its IP.. In my case, its 192.168.1.1..

In LHS, look for the option called Clone MAC

Step 2 - Config Static ISP

Once the MAC is successfully cloned, click the WAN button and configure the static IP as given by local cable.. Connect the local cable given LAN wire to the WAN port of the TP-Link router (note, you would have only one WAN Port there)

Step 3 - NAT (LAN)

Since the router will now have the local cable given IP address, hence your laptop and other device would be in 192.168.x.x type local network.. So configure either DHCP or manually configure IP in that series (same as router NAT), same as router LAN table..

Step 4 - Devices

If the DHCP in router is configured, then devices will automatically get their IP as otherwise, manually configure them :D

I am not an expert here but since I use the same setup hence just wrote down the steps I took and which worked for me.. Before you start, make sure you start with factory default of the router :P
