I've just switched providers and the router to a pre-configured AX5400 (not an option in the model list) using PPPOE. The connection is fine and uses a static IP (less than 24 hours old).

Having my computer work as a web server worked fine with my old router, so I tried to reproduce the configuration by setting up Virtual Server to my computer's IP and ports 80 and 443.

The website shows fine on localhost.

 

The website shows fine using the static IP on the same computer.

 

The website shows fine using the static IP on a different computer in the same network.

 

But from another network, I get a timeout.

 

The IP pings fine, but it failed using windows Test-NertConnection on port 80. It works when on the same network.

I've solved it. The internet provider was blocking ports by default:
