MR600 slower than iPhone 12

Hello,
my 4G+ connection using the MR600 is slower than my 4G+ connection on my iPhone.
I use a different SimCard on my iPhone but the provider is the same: Orange (in France)
So using my MR600 with SpeedTest I've got around 150Mbps download and using my iPhone I've got around 300Mbps
Of course I did the test exactly at the same location, same room.
What can I do to improve this speed?
Can it be a speed capping?
