Can I create a single Mesh network with an Archer C6 v2.0 and 3 Deco P9 access points?

Already have an Archer C6 v2 (not sure of the firmware version) proviered by the ISP, but am looking at getting a set of Deco P9 to extend the WiFi throughout the house (old house, thick walls so need the powerline backhaul) but want a single Mesh WiFi network so that any devices work seamlessly regardless of where they are.
