Model: M7350
Hardware Version: V1
Firmware Version:

The device is 4-5 yr old and hasn't been in extensive use.

The problem with WIFI started some time ago. WIFI didn't started on power up. You had to switch ithe device off an on agein and usually WIFI was starting on second boot.

Now it is completely silent. No effect when changing the frequency using device button and screen. It is not wotking and the WIFI icon is not visible.

Reset to factory defaults doesn't help.

Hovever the device is still operatable when connected to PC via USB. But the WebGUI is unaccesible. The standard tplinkmifi.net amd 192.168.0.1 addresses show nothing but empty blank page. The html source of this page still show some resonable code, but id doesn't work.

Is there any way to bring this device to full life or should it be thrashed?

Maybe some firmware update if it is possible witjout WebGuI?

Hi, when you try the factory reset, did you see "Restoring" and then "Succeed" on the screen? If not, please try the factory reset again.

However, if still no WiFi icon on the screen, I am afraid the device is defective now, since it was purchased about 4 or 5 years ago, it has been out of the warranty, it is recommanded to purchase a new one if necessary.
