Hardware Version: V2
Firmware Version: 1.1.0 0.9.1 v0001.0 Build 210803 Rel.55933n

This is my newly bought 4G LTE Wifi Router. The internet connection is slow but it can still load videos in YT but in low resolution. So I explored the . Upon checking on the status bar, it says that the signal strength is 0%. But I'm confused why it said the signal strength is 0% if there is internet passing through it.

Update: the internet is now a little bit fast, but it still say that the signal strength is 0%

What might be the problem?

  @Akkeyzetsu

Hi, please make sure the LTE antennas are installed properly, if still 0% signal strength, please try to move the device into another location such as near a window to see if the LTE signal would be better.
