As per the subject, I have a smart TV connected about 10 meters from the Fastweb router (FTTH).

Given the lack of stability of the WiFi, I decided to buy the powerline but I have this problem: if I connect it to the smart TV, the download speed is about 8Mb or less. If I connect it to a notebook, the download speed is 300Mb. Why this difference?
I would like to point out that I carried out these tests by always connecting the powerline to the same mains socket (I powered the TV by connecting it to the powerline passthrought, while the notebook did not connect it to the current to power it).
