Firmware Version: 1.6.0

Hello to everyone. I cannot connect to my account of Disney + from my home wifi where I have the M5 Deco mesh.

Through cable at my PC and an android box I connect. From my Samsung Note 8, a Huawei Mi10T pro and a Samsung A30s it is impossible. All the cellphones can connect at other WiFi or from data through the cell company.

Is there any suggestions or solutions?

@Mavra Check the parental control settings, sounds like the filter level isn't correct or a URL has been blocked in the Apps/Websites section.
