I'd like to setup network as depicted below.

  • Deco 1 is the main Deco
  • Deco 2 is wirelessly connected to deco 1

Yes.

 

You can also add gigabit switch between Deco 1 and PC, if you want to have more than one wired device connected.

 

You can also do the same with Deco 2: wire devices to its Ethernet ports. If you have gaming console or Smart TV in very close proximity to Deco 2, I would recommend wiring them to Deco 2 by Ethernet cable.
