Other sim working properly but VI sim not work network show message will also show but not connected to internet i changed some few apn settings but it's not working please help

Hi, thank you very much for the feedback.

When using VI SIM on the MR100, please check if the SIM card is detected and it receives 4G signal on Status page, if so, please then go to Advanced->Network->Internet page to check the APN profile settings, if it is using IPv4&IPv6 but internet doesn't work, please change it to IPv4 only, if it still doesn't work, please share with us screenshots of the Status page and also APN profile settings page.

 

In addition, may I know the hardware and firmware version of your MR100?

  @Abhi_9 After I changed APN to IPV4 only its working. But I have some VPN which srictly asks for IPV6, there I cant use MR100 with Vi sim. Hope it get fixed in future firmware release.
