When I connect my Archer vr600 ac2100 to my 2tb disk connected to the USB 3.0 port via smb, I can read and write with a maximum of 17mb/s. My computer is connected with 5ghz wifi5 at 866mbps. When I connect the disk directly to my computer, I can read at 150mb/s. My Archer modem supports usb3.0 and the connection port is blue. How can I get USB3.0 speed? I tried FTP and SMB i.e. Neighboored mode. It can't go over 20mb/s on either of them. I can reach 866mbps speeds from remote servers, but I cannot access the disk directly connected to the modem at this speed. Looking forward to your help, thanks in advance.
