Hi,

 

I cannot connect to my workplace L2TP IPsec VPN with a TP Link router. The VPN works with my office's router and the old router. The image is the Pass-through settings on my router. Please let me know if there are any other places that I can check. Thanks!

Have you tried to configure Virtual Servers in NAT Forwrding menu - for IPsec UDP ports 500 and 4500 are required. Disable UPnP and reboot the VR400 before configuring the Virtual Servers.
