@Sunshine This is frequent with Vi (Vodafone + Idea) India sim. If I just login and refresh the admin page once then internet starts working. Again after some time it will be dead ..then again I need to just login to get internet working.

When the problem happens, may I know if you need to change any settings to get internet again, or just login the web interface and refresh the page without changing anything?
After the problem happens next time, please send us screenshot of Advanced->Status page, Advanced->Network->Internet page, and also save a system log file on Advanced->System Tools->System Log page.
By the way, how often does it happen usually? and if you insert the same VI SIM card into another 4G device and use for some time, will it also have any similar issue?

@Sunshine Whenever internet goes down I just need to login to router UI (Basic tab) and wait for router to detect internet. Sometime it detects and connect to internet and sometimes it just show ! (exclamation) icon and error message shown in screenshot.

Today I restarted my router and it was unable to get IPV4 address for Vi India SIM. This is known issue. I changed APN type to IPV4 only and in couple of attempts it connected to internet.
After that I checked the logs, lot of errors are there, also one strange thing log time is showing 2018 (How come logs are from 2018?)
How come logs directly jumped from 2018 to 2022? where yesterday's logs gone?

Hi, thank you very much for the update.
The time 2018 in the log was before it connected to the internet, that is a common time for it as it cannot get correct time before it connects to the internet, and as you can see, the time is correct after it connects to the internet. Please don't worry.
Besides, do you mean you've changed the PDP Type in the APN profile to be IPv4 only? based on the log screenshots, it seems that there is still IPv6 connection.
And please also monitor if the internet connection will be more stable by using IPv4 only.
In addition, when the problem happened before, it recovered by a simple login, it seems that it could recover itself, thus if the problem still happens by using IPv4 only, please don't login, you could wait for a couple of minutes to see if it will recover automatically.

The IPV6 & IPV4 (BOTH) only works right after factory reset. Even if I restart the router then it gets only IPV6 address not BOTH from ISP. Because of it Internet doesn't work. Then I need to change APN setting and make it IPV4 only.
I mostly work with Remote Desktop over VPN. If internet goes down just for a second VPN & RDP also goes down and I need to reconnect all things again.
Yes you are right, most of the time Router recovers and connect to internet within couple of min but for my usage its frustrating.

Thank you very much for the reply, if you are still using IPv4&IPv6 now, please try to change it to IPv4 only, if the problem still happens frequently, please email support.forum@tp-link.com with subject "Forum 589716" and provide the system log file after the problem happens and recovers automatically.
By the way, please also include how often it usually happens, such as once a day etc..
