Im facing an issue whereby each time i connect the 1201 ap to a cisco switch, the port shuts down into err disabled state. The AP only starts working when i issue a no keepalive on the 2960 switch but this also degrades my network such it becomes very slow. Have used many TP Link access points before could this be a firmware bug. Have attached the message i get from the switch.
