Hi

I have bought the M5 system, connected to my Virgin Internet (in router mode) and then set up the 3 Decos as per instructions.

This is where my issue has arisen, basically some of my devices were confused by the fact that my Virgin network was still available. I researched and it told me to put my router into modem mode. I have done this and all devices work OK except for my sons PS4 and won't connect and says SSID error and then my Virgin TV catch up won't work either. 

What is the issue here?

I have read that modem mode should have been activated before connecting the Decos?

Can I rectify this simply, or do I wipe the system clear and re-install in the right order?
