Hi,

 

I seen a couple of post on this subject, but I have a different issue.

 

When I'm at home, the wi-fi / network works great, and I can access the network DECO app on my cell phone. No issue there.

 

However, when I am NOT at home, I used to be able to access my home network using my cell phone DECO app, through the LTE network. This worked very well for about 2 years, but since a couple of days (3-4 days), it no longer works, I cannot use the DECO app in my cell phone. I get this message:

 

"Something went wrong with the Cloud service"...

 

When I get back home on the wi-fi network, everything work great again, and the DECO app is back on track.

 

Anyone else dealing with a similar issue ? How do we fix this ?

Here is what resolved my issue: a simple reboot of the modem / rooter.

 

Case closed
