hi all

I have a weird issue with my TP card adapter, Windows 11 and a ZYXEL router

When I try to connect to the router via WiFi the PC immediately locks up and then BSOD's and crashes after about 5 seconds. 

I can connect to the router using a cheepo eBay wifi dongle, other laptops, phones etc can connect to the router no problem

I can connect to a different WiFi router using the TP link PCI card

so it looks like the router and the PCI card are not best of friends.

I have tried rolling back drivers and then upgrading drivers.

I have tried WPS connection on Windows 11

no luck

looking at the minidump file, it seems that a 

DPC_WATCHDOG_VIOLATION (133)

has caused this

anybody got any idea what the issue may be and a possible resolution
