Hardware Version: V1
Firmware Version: the last one (no option to update in admin)

My Internet connection is constantly interrupted. The wi-fi network itself works fine. But the picture from the screenshot is every 1-5 minutes.
How can I solve this problem? Or is it a warranty case?

Just in case, my mobile operator is Lithuanian "Labas", and with previous USB wi-fi modem, there were no such problems.

Hi, the issue happens only via WiFi connection? Please connect a computer to the MR100 via Ethernet cable and ping external IP address again to see if there are still packets loss every 1-5 minutes, and please also ping the MR100 LAN IP address to see if the LAN works stable.

 

In addition, what is the specific firmware version of your MR100? and please save a system log file on Advanced->System Tools->System Log page for analysis to see if there is any LTE disconnecting records.

I apologize for the delay in replying. I experimented as much as I could and as hard as I could. But it is simply impossible to work in this form, and I am desperate!

 

Connection interruptions are constant, both via wi-fi and ethernet. Through the wire, maybe a little less.

I tried turning on the modem settings to use only 3g, but it didn't help. And it seemed to get worse.

Based on the system log, the LTE connection is stable, may I know the ping packet loss issue happens only via WiFi or via LAN connection as well?

If you ping the LAN IP address of the MR100(by default 192.168.1.1), is the ping stable?

 

In addition, here is a new firmware for MR100 V1, please download it and update it manually to see if it would be better:

done. Do I need to configure anything additional after the update? Because to my great regret, the update did not help :((((
