Hardware Version: V2
Firmware Version: 1.6.0 0.9.1 v0001.0 Build 220105 Rel.58321n

Hi,

Since Monday 02/06/2023 we cannot reach any more a specific site with domain infobit.biz

also outlook mail configuration is not more working

We have already tried:

change MTU

chande DNS

MAc clone

Disable firewall, acces control and parental control

This appens ONLY passing throws Archer MR600. Connecting directly to router or with another network work fine

We have this configuration:
LAN/AN port with a public IP and clients connecting through cable with fixed IP address, clients connecting through wi-fi via DHCP (correctly configured as reported in manuals)

This problem only happens with listed hosts and having done some troubleshooting with wiresharks gives lots of

  @Silviagemona

Hi, do you mean you are using wireless router mode with Ethernet WAN?  All its wired and wireless client devices cannot access a specific website or load outlook mail?

May I have a detailed topology of your network? who is your ISP? if you bypass the router and connect directly to the front modem/router, everything works fine?

Please try to ping and tracert the website on the client device to see what happens.
