I have a wifi issue for my wireless network.

 

my network : 5 Deco M5 (V3) : 1.6.1 Build 20220818 Rel. 36456 ( i have try also with the firmware version Deco M5(EU)_V3_1.6.5 Build 20230110 )

provider : fiber 350Mbit.

 

When i check the speed directly in the wifi provider, i have 330Mbits

Where i check the speed in the speed with deco speed software  a have 328Mbits

 

When i check the speed with Deco Lab in deco software a have 63Mbits

 

 

When i check the speed on the site fast.com a have 69Mbits

 

 

 

i have try with only 1 deco et my phone is the same result.

I have also change the primary deco is the same result.

 

I have also moved the place of deco

 

A have this problem since 2 weeks, they are no change on my network, the last change was the firmware update. but i have remove this firmware and the performance is the same.

before this issue with the Deco i have 330Mbits with de wifi deco for more 3 months.

 

it's really weird, if I turn on the deco M5 and I do the test right away I have a speed of 350Mbits and after 2 minutes 69Mbits.

 

 

Whether with the two decos tested, with a single device or all connected and with these two different firmwares

Have you ever had the same problem?

 

Is it a bug or a configuration problem?

 

What is the solution ?
