  @ericv

Hi, may I know if the other client devices could access internet or not when connected to the same MR200? Including laptops and phones etc.?

And if you insert the MR200 SIM card into another 4G router or smartphone and enable phone hotspot, will the same camera work fine when connected to the another 4G router Wi-Fi or phone hotspot?

If the problem only happens when connected to MR200, please share with us screenshots of Advanced->Status page and Advanced->Network->Internet page.

By the way, what is the hardware and firmware version of your MR200?
