Model: Deco S7
Hardware Version:
Firmware Version:

I have three S7 units, a modem and a switch.
In what scheme is the best way to connect it so that I can use the default settings of the Router ( NO AP ).

I am thinking about these options (Ethernet cable connection):

Modem O2 5G --> S7 --> S7 --> S7

O2 5G Modem --> Switch --> S7
                                          --> S7
                                          --> S7

O2 5G Modem --> S7 --> Switch --> S7
                                                    --> S7

Second option will not work with Deco in Router mode. Check this TP-Link FAQ: General questions about Ethernet Backhaul feature on your Deco
