Hi Team

 

I cant access my router remotely via Tether or via the web address on the back of the router. The message i get through Tether is "Login Failed. Your phone's IP address is not in the same subnet as the device you want to manage. Call our Technical support if you need help.". This has only happened since moving houses and im hoping there is an easy fix for this before i make a phone call.

You can connect a computer to one of the router's LAN ports or your phone to the router's wireless SSID and use this guide to find router's IP address, then gain access to its web management page.
