I am looking for the firmware of TL wr940n v6.1 firmware, The language of the device is I dont know japnees or chinees. I want to change firmware to a english version. please help.

Look at the device's bottom sticker to check what's the region of the FW your router has.
As a rule, the device must be upgraded only with a FW release from its original FW region (on the sticker) - check the notes in red here.
That means it's highly unlikely that you would be able to change the router's WebGUI language, putting a different region FW on it.
If you try to upgrade the router with a FW from another region, you'll most probably receive an error message during the upgrade process.
